
Refund Policy
1. Your Consumer Rights Under Australian Law
Liz the Dietitian complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product you purchase:

Is faulty or damaged

Is not as described or does not perform as expected

Is not fit for its intended purpose

Fails to meet the consumer guarantees set out under the ACL
These rights apply to both physical and digital products and cannot be excluded by our policy.
2. Change of Mind
Under Australian law, businesses are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind, choose the wrong item, or find the product at a lower price elsewhere.
For this reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
Please ensure you read all product descriptions carefully before completing your order.
3. Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, Programs, and Downloads)
Digital products must be of acceptable quality, match the description, and be fit for purpose under the Australian Consumer Law.
We do not provide refunds for:

Incorrect purchases

Compatibility issues with your device (unless the product description was misleading)
However, we will provide a suitable remedy (such as a replacement file or refund) if:

The file is corrupted or inaccessible, or

You cannot access or download your purchase due to an error on our side
If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at info@lizthedietitian.com.au so we can resolve the issue quickly.
4. Physical Products (if applicable)
If a physical item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, photos of the product, and a short description of the issue.
We’ll assess the situation and offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
